Said bill was then sent to the Senate.

On motion of Mr, Thomas,
The rules were suspended, and

Leave was granted to the Judiciary committee to introduce
a bill entitled, an act to add an article of the Code of Public
General Laws of this State, under the title of riparian pro-
prietors and declaratory of the rights of owners of land bound-
ing on the navigable waters of this State.

On motion of Mr. Mackubin,

The House took up for consideration the bill entitled, an
act appropriating a sum of money for the payment of the
claims of Thomas J. Brice, Executor of Ann Brice, Owen
M. Taylor, Caleb Stewart, Thomas Gardner and John H.
Thomson.

Said bill being upon its passage,

On motion of Mr. Brining,
A call of the House was ordered.
On the call of the roll, a quorum being present,

On motion of Mr. Brining,

All further proceedings under the call were dispensed
with.

The question then recurring upon the passage of the bill,
It was passed by yeas and nays, as follow:
