A bill entitled, an act to amend article 69th of the code of
Public General Laws, by adding thereto the following section
relating to persons taking or holding public office under the
Constitution and Laws of this State, without the qualifica-
tions are prescribed by the same;

Mr. Dennis, of Somerset, from a special committee, re-
ported favorably upon the bill entitled, an act to amend the
code of Public Local Laws, article 19th, section 136, relating
to the boundaries, of the town of Princess Anne, in Somerset
county, by repealing said section 136, and inserting in lieu
thereof the following;
