process, by adding thereto the following sections, relating to
the service of civil process;

Comptroller of Maryland, to enter into bond and qualify;
Also, the bill entitled, an act to make valid the qualifica-
tion of Tench Tilghman, as Major General of the second di-
vision of Maryland militia;
Also, the bill entitled, an act to amend article LXXXVIII
of the Code of Public General Laws, by repealing the 46th
and 47th sections thereof, and substituting the following
therefor, in relation to sheriffs;
Also, the bill entitled, an act to amend article XXXVIII
of the Code of General Laws, by repealing the second section
thereof and substituting therefor the following, in relation
to fees of officers;
Also, the bill entitled, an act to amend article LVII
of Public General Laws, by repealing the first section thereof
and re-enacting the same with an attestation touching the
limitation of certain actions for wrongs affecting the personal
rights of the citizen;
Also, the bill entitled, an act to authorize the Trustees of
the Garrison Forrest Academy in Baltimore county, to trans-
fer a lot of land to the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
Church in said county;
Also, the bill entitled, an act to amend article IV of the
Code of Public Local Laws, by repealing the 603d section
thereof relating to the mode of drawing jurors in and for the
city of Baltimore, and substituting therefor the following
section, providing for the more effectual prevention and pun-
ishment of fraud in said drawings;
Also, the bill entitled, an act to add new sections to article
XXVIII of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the
rights and duties of county commissioners;
Also, the bill entitled, act act to amend article XCIII
of the Code of Public General Laws, by adding thereto a sec-
tion limiting the effect of the exceptions of actions for any
thing done to the persons made in the 10th section of said
article;
