The House took up. for consideration the following Senate
resolution:

Resolved, By the General Assembly of Maryland, that
when, the Senate and House of Delegates adjourn on Friday,
the 21st of June, they adjourn to meet in the city of Freder-
ick, on Tuesday, the 30th day of July next, at 12 o'clock, M.

Mr. Ford proposed to amend by striking out "Friday, the
21st" and insert "Tuesday, the 25th inst.."

Mr. McCleary proposed to amend by striking out "July
30th," and insert "sine die."
