Mr. McCoy presented the petition of J. B. McLaughlin
and other citizens of Harford county, asking an adjournment

sine die of the Legislature;

Which was referred to the select committee on adjourn-
ment.

Mr. McCoy also presented the petition of R. S. Rogers and
others, upon the same subject.

Mr. Goldsborough moved its non-reception;
Which was rejected, by yeas and nays, as follow:
