posed by the Commissioners of said town ;

ble report upon the bill entitled, an act to pay Allen G.
Quynn, a sum of money for articles furnished troops protect-
ing Frederick Barracks, under order of the Governor.

Mr. Kessler, from the Frederick delegation, reported fa-
voably upon the Senate bill entitled, an act to authorise the
County Commissioners for Frederick county to build a new
Court House for Frederick county, to borrow money on the
credit of the county, to issue bonds for the payment of the
same, and to levy taxes on the assessable property of the
county, to redeem said bonds at maturity, and to pay the in-
terest thereon;
