the call of a sovereign convention of the people of Maryland.

Which was read the first time, and recommitted.

Mr, Briscoe, (chairman of special committee,) reported fa-
vorably upon the Senate bill, entitled an act to amend the
19th section, relating to Banks, of Article XII of the Code
of Public General Laws.
