Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
On motion of Mr. Heckart,

A bill, entitled, An act to make valid the last will and testa-
ment of a certain John Hanna, late of the State of Pennsylvania,
deceased,

Was taken up, read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays
as follows:

AFFIRMATIVE.

Blackistone, Lynch,

Dashiell, Miles,

Franklin, Townsend,
Goldsborough, of Talbot; Watkins,

On motion of Mr. Miles,

A bill, entitled, An act to repeal the 29th Article of the Code of
Public General Laws, and the proviso to the 33rd section of the 5th
Article of the said Code, relating to stay of executions, and to
extend the time for enforcing executions of judgments,

Was taken up, and read the second time.
The Senate adjourned until 4 o'clock.
