So the Senate adopted the amendment.

A bill, entitled, An act to authorize the County Commissioners
for Frederick county to build a new Court House for Frederick
connty, to borrow money on the credit of the county, to issue
bonds for the payment of the same, and to levy taxes on the
assessable property of the county to redeem said bonds, and to
pay the interest thereon;

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."
On motion of Mr. Smith,

The order adopted in relation to the adjournment of the Senate
was altered so as to read:

That when the Senate adjourn, it adjourn to meet again on
Monday, at 1 o'clock.

The Senate adjourned.

There being no quorum present, the Senate adjourned until to-
morrow at 10 o'clock.
