A bill, entitled, An act to repeal the 26th section of the 5th
Article of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to appeals
from Courts of Equity, and to substitute the following in lieu
thereof ————;

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Committee
on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill, entitled, An act to repeal an act providing for the dis-
posal of the State Tobacco Warehouses, and the building of a
new Tobacco Warehouse or Warehouses, on deep water;

Which was read the first time, and referred to a select commit-
tee, consisting of Messrs. Grahame, Duvall, and Franklin.
