dred and seventy-five, and recorded among
said records in Liber G. R., number seven
hundred and one, folio three hundred and
forty-three, '&c.; thirty-fourth, to the grant
or sale of the lot of ground and premises im-
mediately adjoining the lot mentioned in the
preceding number of this act, to the north-
west thereof, with a like depth therewith, and
extending to the southwest corner of Laurens
street, to the said The Minister and Trustees
of Saint John's Methodist Protestant Church,
in Liberty street, Baltimore, the name of which
hath since, by amendment of its charter, been,
changed to The Minister and Trustees of Saint
John's Independent Methodist Church of Bal-
timore city, when it shall have effected the
purchase thereof and obtained a deed there-
for; thirty- fifth, to the bequest of Joshua
Wilson, late of Washington county, deceased,
to the German Baptist Denomination of Ha-
gerstown, Maryland; thirty-sixth, to the be-

ington county, deceased, to the Trustees of the
Presbyterian Church of Bethesda, in Mont-
gomery county, Maryland, contained in the
will of the said deceased, duly admitted to
probate, and recorded in the Orphans' Court
for Washington county.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
