of the said Catharine Lilly, duly admitted to

thirtieth, to the bequest of Caroline Thomson,
late of Kent county, deceased, to the Vestry of
Chester Parish, Kent county, Maryland, and
their successors, of forty-seven shares of stock
in the Chester River Bridge Company, being
seven hundred and five dollars, for the use and
benefit of said Vestry, contained in the last
will and testament duly admitted to probate
in said county, and recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills of said county; thirty-first,
to the bequest of Wilson Register, late of Kent
county, deceased, to the Protestant Episcopal
and the white Methodist churches in Chester-
town, in Kent county, Maryland, of the residue
of his estate after the payment of a certain
legacy therein contained in the last will and
testament of the said Wilson Register, de-
ceased,duly admitted to probate in said county,
and recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills of said county; thirty-second, to the
grant or lease to the Minister and Trustees of
Saint John's Methodist Protestant Church on
Liberty street, Baltimore, a body duly incor-
porated, by John Clark and wife, by lease
dated March twenty-fourth, A. D. eighteen
hundred and forty-eight, and recorded among
the land records of Baltimore county in
