LAWS OF MARYLAND.

Mark's English Evangelical Lutheran Church
of Baltimore city; twenty-sixth, to the bequest
contained in the last will and testament of

To make valid.

Sarah Kephart, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
of three thousand dollars to the English Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church of Reisterstown, in
Baltimore county; and also to the bequest con-
tained in said will and testament of three
hundred dollars, to the Trustees of the Colored
Methodist Episcopal Church of Reisterstown,
in Baltimore county; and also to the bequest
contained in said will and testament of four
thousand dollars to the Second Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Baltimore; the said will
and testament of Sarah Kephart, having been
heretofore admitted to probate by the Orphans'
Court of Baltimore city, and being now re-
corded in the office of the Register of Wills
of said city, in Wills, Liber R. T. B., number
fifty-three, folio fifty-two, &c.; twenty-seventh,
to the bequests of Elizabeth Flory, late of
Washington county, deceased, of one hundred
dollars to each of the following churches,
namely: one hundred dollars to the Trustees
of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Smiths-
burg, Washington county; one hundred dol-
lars to the Trustees of the Reformed Church
at Cavetown, Washington county; and one hun-
dred dollars to the Methodist Episcopal Church
at Smithsburg, Washington county; said be-
quests being contained in the last will and
testament of said Elizabeth Flory, deceased;
said will having been duly admitted to probate
on the twenty- third day of March, A. D. eigh-
teen hundred and eighty-six, and recorded in
the office of the Register of Wills for said county;
twenty-eighth, to the devise and bequest con-
tained in the last will and testament of George

To make valid.

Thomas, colored, late of St. Mary's county, de-
ceased, viz all his property, both real land
personal, in St. Mary's county, to St. John's
Catholic Church in said county, to have and to
hold forever, as contained in the last will and
testament of said George Thomas on file in the
office of the Register of Wills of St. Mary's
