persons so arrested before some Justice of the
Peace of Queen Anne's county, representing
to the said Justice the breach, of the law com-
mitted, and the said Justice shall inquire fully

sels, boats, floats, canoes, launches, tugs or
crafts employed as aforesaid, or in the posses-
sion or use of the persons charged, shall be
considered prima facie evidence of guilt.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That the discharge
of any gun, rifle or other kind of fire-arm from

fore said Justice of the Peace such person or

ingly, and he shall render a judgment against
