CHAPTER 463.

AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore to make provision for
pensioning employees of the Baltimore Fire
Department.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore is hereby authorized to

provide by general ordinance for giving pen-
sions to employees of the Baltimore Fire De-
partment, who may become unable to perform
further service by reason of age or other phys-
ical or mental disabilities.

Firemen— to

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this
act shall take effect from the date of its pas-
sage.

Approved April 7, 1886.

CHAPTER 464.

AN ACT to incorporate the town of Stevensville,
in Queen Anne's county.

WHEREAS it is represented to the General As-
sembly of Maryland that it would greatly con-
tribute to the advantage and improvement of

the town of Stevensville, in Queen Anne's
county, are a body corporate by the name of
the Commissioners of Stevensville, and by
that name may sue and be sued and may have
