CHAPTER 462.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay
William T. Iglehart and Company for paper
furnished, and for printing, binding and
distributing the Report of the State Board
of Education for the year eighteen hundred
and eighty-four, by order of the Governor,
in compliance with the act of eighteen
hundred and seventy-two, chapter three
hundred and seventy-seven, sub-chapter
twelve, section eleven.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the Comptroller
of the Treasury be and he is hereby authorized
and directed to issue his warrant upon the
Treasurer of the State in favor of William T.
Iglehart and Company, for the sum of two
thousand dollars in full payment of their bill
for paper furnished, and for printing, binding

and distributing three thousand volumes of
the State Board of Education for the year
eighteen hundred and eighty-four, by order of
the Governor, in compliance with the pro-
visions of an act passed at the January session
of eighteen hundred and seventy-two, chapter
three hundred and seventy-seven, sub-chapter
twelve, section eleven, the said claim with
the proofs having been submitted to the
Comptroller and passed upon favorably by
him.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date, of its passage.
