CHAPTER 457.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commission-
ers of Baltimore county to levy, at their an-
nual levy to be made in the year eighteen
hundred and eighty-six, the sum of nine
hundred and eighty-three dollars and eigh-
teen cents, for county taxes erroneously paid
into the Treasury of Baltimore county for
the years eighteen hundred and seventy-
seven to eighteen hundred and eighty-three,
inclusive, by William E. Hoffman and John
W. Hoffman, of Baltimore county, and re-
pay the same to the said William E. Hoff-
man and John W. Hoffman, of Baltimore
county, in the following proportions, to wit:
to William E. Hoffman, six hundred and
forty-seven dollars and eleven cents, and to
John W. Hoffman, three hundred and thirty-
six dollars and seven cents.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the County Com-
missioners of Baltimore county be and they
are hereby ordered and required to levy, at
their annual levy to be made for the current
year eighteen hundred and eighty-six, the
sum of nine hundred and eighty-three dollars
and eighteen cents, said sum being an amount
of county taxes erroneously paid into the
Treasury of Baltimore county for the years
eighteen hundred and seventy-seven to eigh-

teen hundred and eighty-three, inclusive, by
William E. Hoffman and John W. Hoffman,
of Baltimore county, and they are ordered and
required to repay said amount to the said
William E. Hoffman and John W. Hoffman,
of Baltimore county, in the following propor-
tions, to wit: to William E. Hoffman. the sum
