CHAPTER 458.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money tp pay
the claims of William S. Taylor & Co. for
lumber furnished Tobacco Warehouse Num-
ber Four.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of
the Treasury be and he is hereby authorized
and directed to issue his warrant upon the

Treasurer for the payment to Wm. S. Taylor &
Co. the sum of fifty-two dollars and seventy-
five cents for lumber furnished Tobacco Ware-
house Number Four in eighteen hundred and
eighty- three and eighteen hundred and eighty-
four.

Effective.

take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 459.

AN ACT to define a fund of money now in the
hands, or which under existing laws may
come into the hands, of the Board of Police
Commissioners for the city of Baltimore,
and to provide for its application.
