WHEREAS it was enacted by section eight of
chapter two hundred and forty-four, Laws of
eighteen hundred and eighty-two aforesaid,
"That the act passed at this session of the

General Assembly, submitting the question
whether spirituous or fermented liquors shall
be sold in District Number shall apply to
the district herein provided for, and said ques-
tion shall be submitted to the voters of said
new election district under the provisions of
said act; and

WHEREAS the number of the districts men-
tioned in said chapter three hundred and
seven, was inadvertently omitted from sec-
tion eight in chapter two hundred and forty-
four aforesaid; and
WHEREAS said question as to whether spirit-
uous or fermented liquors- shall be sold in
Crump ton District or Election District Num-
ber Seven, was submitted under the provisions

of chapter three hundred and seven, Laws of
eighteen hundred and eighty-two as aforesaid,
to the voters of the said new election dis-
trict; and
WHEREAS at the submission of said question
under the provision of said chapter three hun-
dred and seven, and at the election held pur-
suant thereto, two hundred and ninety-three

sale of intoxicating liquors" in said districts,
and one hundred and fifteen votes, "For the
sale of intoxicating liquors" in said district.
SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That each and all of the

and eighty-two, chapter three hundred and
seven, are, and shall be operative in and apply
to Crumpton District, or Election District Num-
ber Seven, in Queen Anne's county.
