SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall,
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 445.
AN ACT to prevent drunkenness or disorderly
conduct on Wye Camp Ground, in Queen
Anne's county, or on the public road in front
of said camp ground.
SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That if any pereon shall
be either intoxicated or disorderly on Wye
Camp Ground in Queen Anne's County during
any encampment thereon or on the public road
in front of said camp ground during such en-

campment, said person shall be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof
before any Justice of the Peace of said county,
shall be fined not less than five nor more than
twenty dollars for each offence, and shall be
committed to the county Jail until said fine
and costs are paid, or may be both fined and
imprisoned, in the discretion of the Justice
before whom such person is tried.

CHAPTER 446.
AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay
James Young for printing and binding State
documents and for extra work of the Legis-
lature of eighteen hundred and eighty-four.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of
the Treasury be and he is hereby authorized
