suitable for such purpose, the said building- to
cost in amount not exceeding the said sum of
five hundred dollars; provided, however, and
it is expressly understood, that the lot of land

shall be given and conveyed to the Board of
School Commissioners of Baltimore county,
free of all cost to said county or said School
Commissioners, and shall be accepted by said
Board of School Commissioners as a suitable
and proper lot.

CHAPTER 437.
AN ACT to add a sub-section to section four
of an act entitled an act to repeal sections
four and eight of an act to exempt all that
portion of the waters of the Chesapeake bay
therein described from the effect and oper-
ation of section one and three of article
ninety-eight of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Wild Fowl," passed at the Jan-
uary session, eighteen hundred and seventy-
two chapter fifty-four, and to re-enact the
said sections four and eight with amend-
ments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the following sub-
section, to be known and designated as sub-sec-
tion four A, be added to section four of an act
entitled an act to repeal sections four and eight
of an act entitled an act to exempt all that por-
