to re-enact the said sections four and eight
with amendments.
SUB-SECTION 4 A. Any person owning land
bordering upon the Chesapeake bay, within
the limits aforesaid, or his, her or their assigns,
may, in the months of October or November,
in each year, select and mark any one point on
his, her or their shore, as reserved for his, her
or their gunning during the season of, or im-
mediately following, said selecting and mark-
ing as aforesaid; and thereafter such owner or
owners, or their assigns, shall have, during said
season, the exclusive right to station crafts, gun
or set decoys within the one-quarter of a mile
line from the shore, as now allowed; and also,

ter of a mile line and a line distant one-half
a mile from any shore in Harford county,
three hundred yards wide on each side of a
line drawn at right angle to the shore line,
from the point selected as aforesaid, to said
half a mile line; and any person violating
this section, shall, on conviction thereof, be-
fore any Justice of the Peace or Circuit Court
of the county where such violation occurs, be
subject to a penalty for each offense of not
less than fifty dollars nor more than one hun-
dred dollars, in the discretion of said Justice
or Court.
