SEC. 4. Arid be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 427.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commission-
ers of Talbot county to appoint an additional
Constable in the Fifth Election District in
said county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-

missioners of Talbot county be and they are
hereby authorized to appoint an additional
Constable for the Fifth Election District in
said county.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 428.

AN ACT to legalize a bequest of Eliza Snyder,
late of Washington county, deceased, in her
last will, to the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Hagerstown.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the bequest of

Eliza Snyder, late of Washington county, de-
ceased, in her last will to the Trinity Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church of Hagerstown be and
the same is hereby legalized, and the consent
of the General Assembly is hereby given to
the said bequest.
