being amounts paid by them for Notarial
Commissions for March and April eighteen

hundred thousand dollars, or so much thereof

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Treasurer

troller, disburse the said sums of money
herein appropriated, for the objects and pur-
poses herein specified, to or upon the order of
the person or persons, or bodies politic or cor-
porate entitled to receive the same.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect on and after the first day of Oc-
tober, eighteen hundred and eighty-six.
