HENRY LLOYD, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR.

six hundred dollars each — twelve hundred dol-
lars; to the Secretary of the Senate and the
Chief Clerk of the House of Delegates, for
salaries during the recess of the Legislature,
three hundred dollars each — six hundred dol-
lars; for printing the annual report of the
Comptroller for the fiscal year eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-six, one thousand dollars, or
go much thereof as may be necessary; for the
postage for the Executive Department, Land
Office, the Treasury Department, Secretary of
the Senate and Chief Clerk of the House of
Delegates, twelve hundred and fifty dollars,
or so much thereof as may be necessary ;
for fuel and lights for the Public Buildings
and grounds, to be expended under the di-
rection and control of the Governor, five
thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may
be necessary; for the travelling expenses of
the State Tax Commissioner, four hundred
dollars, or so much thereof as may be neces-
sary; to the Bureau to collect statistics and
information concerning the various branches
of industry practised in the State, to be paid
under direction of the Governor of the State,
in accordance with chapter two hundred and
eleven of the acts of eighteen hundred and
eighty-four, twenty-five hundred dollars; for

painting the outside of the State House and
Governor's Mansion, to be expended under the
direction of the Board of Public Works, two
thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may
be necessary; for the travelling expenses of
the Comptroller of the State, four hundred
dollars, or so much thereof as may be neces-
sary; for Samuel W. Brooks, for services ren-
dered in assorting and arranging Executive
and Adjutant-General's papers in basement
of the State House, .by order of Governor
Robert M. McLane, one hundred and fifty dol-
lars; for salaries and expenses of Veterinary
Inspectors and for appraised value of animals
or buildings destroyed, to prevent the spread
of infectious and contagious diseases among
live stock, ten thousand dollars, or so much
