of the Peace for Calvert county, shall be fined
not less than five nor more than one hundred
dollars, one-half to be paid to the informer,
and the other half to the County Commis-
sioners of said county, for the use and benefit
of Public Schools of said county.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the boat and
seine found in the possession of any person or
persons violating the preceding sections of
this act shall be responsible for the aforesaid
fine.

CHAPTER 412.
AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to
meet the additional expenses of the Legisla-
ture of Maryland, for the session of eighteen
hundred and eighty-six.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland,That the sum of sixteen
thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may

be necessary, be and the same is hereby ap-
propriated to pay the Members and Officers of
the General Assembly, including postage, sta-
tionery, mileage and miscellaneous expenses
of said session of eighteen hundred and eighty-
six.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Treasurer
of the State shall, on the warrant of the Comp-
troller, disburse the said sum of money herein
appropriated for the objects and purposes here-
in specified, to or upon the order of the person
or persons, or bodies politic or corporate enti-
tled to receive the same.
