CHAPTER 410.

AN ACT to authorize the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Calvert county, to adopt the Camp-
bell System of Indexing.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted 'by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the Clerk of the

Campbell
Index.

Circuit Court for Calvert county be and he is-
hereby authorized, to adopt and use the Camp-
bell System of Indexing; provided, the Judges
of the said Court or a majority of them think
it advisable that said system should be adopted
and used in said court.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That in the event
the said system of Indexing is adopted in said

Court, the Clerk of the said Court is hereby
authorized to draw on the County Commis-
sioners of Calvert county, for the sum of one-
hundred and fifty dollars to pay for the right
to use the same.

Effective.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 411.

AN ACT to prohibit the catching of fish with
seine in Island creek, Calvert county.

Fish- Unlaw-
ful to catch.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That on and after the
passage of this act, it shall not be lawful for
any person or persons to take or catch fish by
hauling seine in Island creek, Calvert county.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That any person
or persons violating the above section of this
act, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction thereof before any Justice
