CHAPTER 408.
AN ACT to enable the Board of County School
Commissioners of Prince George to sell and
convey certain school lots therein, with the
improvements thereon, now as no use as
school property.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the Board of School
Commissioners of Prince George county be
and they are hereby authorized and empowered
to sell and convey in fee-simple: first, lot forty-
one in the town of Bladensburgh, formerly used
as a public school for white children, with the
improvements thereon; second, the lot in said

town now unoccupied for school purposes and
formally used for colored children; third, the
old school house and lot adjoining Hugh Mc-
Ginnis' farm in Bladensburgh District, on the
county road leading from Highland street on
the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad to Washing-
ion city, D. C., which has long since been un-
occupied for school purposes; fourth, the lot
unoccupied for school purposes near Lanham's
station on the Baltimore and Potomac Railroad;
fifth, the lot unoccupied for school purposes in
Piscataway District.
