CHAPTER 407.
AN ACT to extend the charter of the Annapo-
lis Division Number Ten, of the Order of
Sons of Temperance, and to continue in
force the act of Assembly of Maryland of
eighteen hundred and forty-seven, chapter
one hundred and twenty-one for another
period of forty years.

Preamble.
|
WHEREAS the charter of the Annapolis Divi-
sion Number Ten, of the Order of the Sons of
Temperance, granted by an act of the General
Assembly of Maryland, on the thirteenth day
of February, eighteen hundred and forty-seven,
chapter one hundred and twenty-one, expires
by limitation of said act forty years from said
date; and,

WHEREAS the said Annapolis Division Num-
ber Ten as aforesaid, desire an extension of its
charter and of said act of Assembly as herein
provided; therefore,

SECTION. 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the act of Assem-
bly, passed on the thirteenth day of February,
in the year eighteen hundred and forty-seven,
chapter one hundred and twenty-one, incor-
porating the Annapolis Division Number Ten,
of the Order of Sons of Temperance, and the
