SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall.

CHAPTER 392.
AN ACT to provide for the building of a School
House for white children at ." Good Intent,"
in Johnsville District, Frederick county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the County Com-
missioners of Frederick county be and they

Appropriation.

are hereby authorized, directed and required
to appropriate the sum of one thousand dollars,
or so much thereof as may be necessary, to pur-
chase a suitable lot of ground to erect a School
House thereon, and that the said School House
shall be built upon the present site of the old
School House, in said district, or so near thereto
as practicable.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the County
Commissioners of said county are hereby au-
thorized, required and directed to appropriate-

Public schools.

the said sum of one thousand dollars out of
the fund which was levied at the last annual
levy by said Commissioners for the erection
of School Houses, and for the support of Pub-
lic Schools for said county.

To complete.
|
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the
County Commissioners of said county shall
complete the erection of said School House on
or before the first day of September, in the
year eighteen hundred and eighty-six.
