CHAPTER 393.
AN ACT to appropriate the sums of money
therein mentioned to pay the claims of
Richard "Wootten, Jesse R. Edelen, Louis O.
Hodges, William D. Bowie, Jr., Richard L.
Ogle, Benjamin C. Wilson, Zachariah Shaw,
Jno. W. Webster, Spencer Clarke, L. W. Stan-
' ton, Edward W. Sweeney, J. Naylor Walls, Jr.,
Jno. T. Lowe, Thos. B. Robertson, A.W. Soper,
Charles Bowie, and Jno. B. Farr for services
rendered in State Tobacco Warehouse Num-
ber One.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of
the Treasury be and he is hereby directed to
issue his warrants on the Treasurer of this
State to pay Richard Wootten one hundred and
twenty-four dollars and fifty cents; to pay Jesse
R. Edelen one hundred dollars; to pay Louis
O. Hodges one hundred dollars; to pay Wm. D.
Bowie, Jr., one hundred dollars; to pay Richard
L. Ogle sixty-six dollars; to pay Benj. C. Wil-
son sixty-six dollars; to pay Zachariah Shaw
sixty-six dollars; to pay Jno. W. Webster sixty-

six dollars; to pay Spencer Clarke twenty -five
dollars; to pay L. W. Stanton eighteen dollars ;
to pay Edward W. Sweeney eighteen dollars ;
to pay J. Naylor Walls, Jr., eighteen dollars ;
to pay Jno. T. Lowe twenty-eight dollars; to
pay Thos. B. Robertson twenty-eight dollars ;
to pay A.. W. Soper twenty-eight dollars; to pay
Charles Bowie thirty dollars; to pay Jno. B.
Farr forty four dollars and fifty cents, the same
being due and unpaid for services rendered as
employees of State Tobacco Warehouse Num-
ber One for the year ending March the eighth,
eighteen hundred and eighty-six.
