in the year eighteen hundred and eighty-four,
chapter seventy, on or after the first day of
May, in the year eighteen hundred and eighty-
six, he, she or they shall, on conviction thereof,
be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor
more than two hundred dollars, and be im-
prisoned in the county Jail ten days for each
offence.
SEC. 5. And be U enacted, That all of the
provisions of this act shall apply to druggist,
apothecaries and pharmacists the same as to
any other person or persons, house, company,
association or body corporate, and if any drug-
gist, apothecary or pharmacists shall violate

any of the provisions of this act, he, she or
they shall be punished in the same manner
and to the same extent as any other person or
persons, house, company, association or body
corporate shall be punished for a violation of
the provisions of this act, and in the same
manner and to the same extent as if said drug-
gist, apothecary and pharmacist were not a,
druggist, apothecary or pharmacist.
SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the said
Commissioners of Bishopville shall, at least

five days before the said election, post in each
of three places in said town of Bishopville,
written or printed hand-bills containing a copy
of this act, and notice from said Commission-
ers of Bishopsville that an election will take
place at the time and place designated in said
act, and no other notice of said election shall
be necessary.
SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That all prosecu-
tions for the violations of the provisions of
this act may be either upon presentment and
indictment, or by trial before any Justice of

the Peace of Worcester county, who shall have
jurisdiction, original and concurrent with the
Circuit Court for Worcester county; provided,
that any person who shall feel himself or her-
