their services as expert witnesses for the State
of Maryland against Frances Belle Beauchamp,
charged with the murder of Martin Beauchamp;
provided, the sum to be allowed and paid to
each of said physicians shall be approved by
the Judges of the Circuit Court for Caroline
county, or a majority of them.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 332.
AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to the
Nursery and Child's Hospital of Baltimore
city.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the sum of twenty-
five hundred dollars, for each of the years
eighteen hundred and eighty-seven and eigh-

teen hundred and eighty-eight, is hereby ap-
propriated to the Nursery and Child's Hospital
of Baltimore city, and the Comptroller of the
Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to
draw his warrant upon the Treasury of the
State in favor of the Nursery and Child's Hos-
pital of Baltimore city for the sum of twenty-
five hundred dollars in each of the years
eighteen hundred and eighty-seven and eigh-
teen hundred and eighty-eight.
