CHAPTER 333.
AN ACT to grant the sanction of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the bequests oi
fifty dollars to the "Oblate Sisters of Provi-
dence," of Baltimore city, and of fifty dollars
to the Reverend Father Giesen-of the Roman
Catholic Church of Saint Francis, in Balti-
more city, which bequests are contained in
the last will and testament of Harriet Hill
of Baltimore county, deceased.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That assent be and the
same is hereby given to the bequests of fifty
dollars to the incorporated society of the "Ob-

late Sisters of Providence," of Baltimore city,
and also of fifty dollars to the Reverend Father
Giesen of the Roman Catholic Church of Saint
Francis, in the city of Baltimore, which two
bequests are contained in the last will and
testament of Harriet Hill, deceased, late of
Baltimore county, now proved and of record
in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore county.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 334.
AN ACT to add a section to article sixteen of
the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Chancery," to follow immediately after
section one hundred and thirty-nine of said
article, to be put under the sub-title "Ques-
tions of Law," and be numbered 139 A.
