CHAPTER 278.
AN ACT to repeal section three of article
thirty-three of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Education of Deaf, Dumb and
Blind,'' sub-title "Indigent Blind," as re-
pealed and re-enacted by chapter two hun-
dred and five of the acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the Janu-
ary session of the year eighteen hundred
and sixty-eight, and to repeal section five of
said article, as repealed and re-enacted by
chapter seventy-five of the acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, passed at the
January session of the year eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-five, and to re-enact the same
with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That section three of art-
icle thirty-three of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, title "Education of Deaf, Dumb
and Blind," sub-title "Indigent Blind," as re-
pealed and re-enacted by chapter two hundred
