to deliver to said Stephen P. Toadvine any
papers that he may demand or need to enable
him to finish said work, taking said Toadvine's
receipt for same.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That all acts or
parts of acts inconsistent with this act be and
the same are hereby repealed.

Effective.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to refund to Levin S. McNamara a
sum of money paid into the Treasury.
WHEREAS a fine of twenty-five dollars im-
posed upon said Levin S. McNamara, for al-
leged violation of the oyster law in eighteen

sembly of Maryland, That the Comptroller
draw his warrant upon the Treasurer in favor
of Levin S. McNamara, for the sum of twenty-
