ized and empowered to convey, by deed, when

directed so to do by the vote of the congrega-
tions for whose benefit they now hold the same,
the said parsonage house property to the Cor-
poration of the Church of the Incarnation at
Emmitsburg, in Frederick county, which le-
gally represent the members of the Reformed
Church at Emmitsburg, formerly known as
the German Reformed Church.

To convey, &c.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That any provisions
of any existing act that may be in conflict with
this act, be and the same is hereby repealed.

Repealed.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 272.
AN ACT to pay John Waters his claim against
the State of Maryland for work done and
materials furnished for the State in repair-
ing the Northwestern Hay-Scales.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of
the Treasury is authorized and directed to

issue his warrant to the Treasurer in favor of
John Waters for two hundred and sixty-six
dollars, being the amount due him for services
rendered the State of Maryland in repairing
the Northwestern Hay-Scales.
|
To pay for ser-
vices.
|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
