CHAPTER 268.
AN ACT to repeal the act passed at the Janu-
ary session of the General Assembly in eigh-
teen hundred and seventy-eight, chapter four
hundred and forty-five, relating to fences in
Somerset county, so far as the same relates
to Lawson's and Brinkley's Districts, in said
county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That chapter four hun-

dred and forty-five of the acts of eighteen
hundred and seventy-eight, be and the same
is hereby repealed so far as the same relates
to Brinkley's and Lawson's Districts, in Som-
erset county.

Repeal.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 269.
AN ACT to authorize the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Montgomery county, to destroy
certain registration and poll-books.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the Clerk of the

Circuit Court for Montgomery county, be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to destroy
all registration and poll-books now in his cus-
tody, except those made and used in the year
eighteen hundred and eighty-five.
