have all the powers conferred by the act, to
which this is an amendment, upon the Patapsco
Guano Company of Baltimore.

CHAPTER 258.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to
pay J. Frank Ford, Clerk of the Circuit
Court for St. Mary's county, for services
rendered.

SECTION. 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the County Com-
missioners of St. Mary's county be and they
are hereby authorized to pay J. Frank Ford,

Clerk of the Circuit Court of that county, the
sum of thirty-four dollars and fifty cents, in
payment of services rendered in copying list
of oyster licenses issued in that county.
