HENRY LLOYD, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the Comptroller
be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
draw his warrant upon the Treasurer of the
State for the sum of eighty-seven dollars and

sixty-four cents, in favor of Levin S. McNamara,
and for twenty-three dollars and sixty-two
cents, in favor of John W. S. Dean, and for
twenty-three dollars and sixty-two cents, in
favor of John W. Dean, for the proportionate
value of their oyster licenses which they had
paid to the Comptroller, and were deprived, by
a subsequent act of the General Assembly,
from all benefits of the same.

Approved April 7, 1886.

repay.

CHAPTER 252.

AN ACT to refund to Mary Margaret Mulfinger
certain sums of money erroneously paid by
her and a certain Christian Mulfinger, to the
Clerk of the Circuit Court for Montgomery
county, for Trader's License to retail spiritu-
ous and fermented liquors, and by the Clerk
paid to the State.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of
the Treasury be and he is hereby directed and
requested to issue his warrant upon the Treas-
urer to' pay to Mary Margaret, Mulfinger the


sum of one hundred and twenty-sit dollars,
being the amount erroneously paid into the
Treasury by the said Mary Margaret Mulfinger
and Christian Mulfinger, deceased, for Trader's
License to retail spirituous and fermented
liquors.

To repay.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

Approved April 7, 1886.

Effective.
