CHAPTER 244.

AN ACT to repeal sections one, two, three,
four, five, six, seven and eight, of chapter
one hundred and eight, of the acts of Assem-
bly of eighteen hundred and seventy-eight,
entitled "An act to add an additional article
to the Code of Public Local Laws, to be en-
titled 'Garrett county,' sub-title 'Birds,' and
to re-enact the same with amendments."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That sections, one, two,
three, four, five, six, seven and eight of chap-
ter one hundred and eight of the acts of As-

the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted
to read as follows :

SEC. 1. It shall not be lawful for any person
to shoot, kill or in any way trap or destroy in
Garrett county, any blue-birds, swallows, mar-
