the limits thereof entitled to vote in said
District Number Twelve, and likewise to reg-
ister therein the names of all persons who
shall become entitled to vote in said District
Number Twelve, according to the laws of this
State.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That it shall be
the duty of the Officer of Registration of Dis-
tricts Numbers One and Ten to strike from the

ing within the limits of and entitled to vote
in said District Number Twelve.

Repeal.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That all acts in-
consistent with the provisions of this act be
and the same are hereby repealed.

Effective.

SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
