HENRY LLOYD, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR,

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the boundary
line of said new district shall be as follows :
Beginning at North Branch of Potomac river,
at the mouth of Lost Land run, running north
with said run to the top of Back Bone moun-
tain; thence with said mountain east to Bloom-

inton road; thence with said road east to Folly
run; thence along said run south to its mouth
at North Branch of Potomac river; thence
with said river west to beginning, and all that
portion of Garrett county as described in this
section, with the aforegoing metes and bounds,
shall be known and described as District Num-
ber Twelve.

Boundaries.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the place
of holding elections in said District Number
Twelve shall be at Kitsnidlersville.

Polls.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the Governor
shall appoint one Justice of the Peace and
one Register of Voters for said district, and
the County Commissioners of Garrett county
shall appoint one Constable in and for said
District Number Twelve.

Now Justice.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the said Dis-
trict Number Twelve shall be entitled in all
respects to all the rights and privileges held
or to be held or enjoyed by the other election
districts in said county.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the Clerk of
the Circuit Court for Garrett county shall fur-
nish a proper book for registration, such as
may be required by law, to be delivered to the
Register of Voters for said District Number
Twelve; and the said Clerk shall also at the

same time deliver to said Register of Voters a
full list, under seal of his office, of all regis-
tered persons or voters appearing on the reg-
istration book for the old Districts Numbers
One and Ten of Garrett county; and the said
Register of Voters of said Districts Numbers
One and Ten shall transcribe from said list
