SECTION 103. If at any time an election shall
not be held for Commissioners at the time
named in this article, an election may be held
at any time after ten days' notice thereof shall
have been given by the Commissioners, or a

CHAPTER 205.

AN ACT to add two additional sections to arti-
cle forty-four of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled " Hospital-Maryland,'' as the
same was amended by the act of eighteen
hundred and seventy-six, chapter three hun-
dred and fifty-one, and by the act of eighteen
hundred and seventy-eight, chapter three
hundred and forty-one.

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the following sec-
tions, to be arranged and numbered as sections
fourteen and fifteen, respectively, be and the
