majority of them; and if the said Commis-
sioners shall fail or neglect to give such no-
tice within the period of sixty days after the
time named in this article for holding such
elections, an election may be held at any time
after ten days' notice thereof shall have been
given by five of the qualified voters of said
town.

CHAPTER 205.
AN ACT to add two additional sections to arti-
cle forty-four of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled " Hospital-Maryland,'' as the
same was amended by the act of eighteen
hundred and seventy-six, chapter three hun-
dred and fifty-one, and by the act of eighteen
hundred and seventy-eight, chapter three
hundred and forty-one.
SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the following sec-
tions, to be arranged and numbered as sections
fourteen and fifteen, respectively, be and the

same are hereby added to article forty-four of

pital-Maryland," as the same was amended by
the act of eighteen hundred and seventy-six,
chapter three hundred and fifty-one, and by

chapter three hundred and forty-one, viz :
SEC. 14. The said Board of Managers shall
erect and maintain in safe and proper repair a
substantial and sufficient fence and enclosure
