paid or tendered to the owner of the property,
or his legal representatives, shall entitle the
said Commissioners to the estate, use and in-
terest in the same so valued for the purposes
aforesaid, as fully as if the same had been
conveyed by the owner, and the valuation, from
the said Commissioners when tendered, may
at any time thereafter be received without
costs by the owner, or his legal representa-
tives.

What to des-
cribe.

SEC. 26. And be it enacted, That all laws or
parts of laws inconsistent with any of the pro-
visions of this act, be and the same are hereby
repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

Repeal.

SEC. 27. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 204.

AN ACT to repeal chapter four hundred and
two of the laws of eighteen hundred and
eighty, entitled an act to repeal section one
hundred and three of article six of the Code
of Public Local Laws, entitled "Caroline
county," sub-title "Greensborough," as re-
enacted by the act of eighteen hundred and
seventy, and to re-enact the following in lieu
thereof :

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That section one hundred
and three of article six of the Public Local
Laws, title "Caroline county," sub-title "Greens-
borough," as enacted by the act of eighteen
hundred and seventy, be and the same is here-
by repeated, and the following be and the
same is hereby re-enacted in lieu thereof.
