SEC. 19. And be it enacted, That the said
Mayor and Common Council may pass all
ordinances necessary to give effect and opera-
tion to the powers vested in them.

Ordinances.

SEC. 20. And be it enacted, That all ordi-
nances enacted by said Mayor and Common
Council shall be immediately made public by
printed or written hand-bills, posted in no less
than three conspicuous places in said town.

SEC. 21. And be it enacted, That this act
shall take effect from the date of its passage.

Approved April 7, 1886.

CHAPTER 202.

AN ACT to authorize and enable the Trustees
of the Salisbury Public Cemetery of Salis-
bury town, in Wicomico county, to deed said
public cemetery to the Commissioners of
Salisbury town, for the purpose of a public
cemetery, and authorizing and enabling the
Commissioners of Salisbury to buy, and ap-
propriate money for the improvement and
care of same.

SECTION 1. And be it enacted by the General
Assembly of Maryland, That the Trustees of
the Salisbury Public Cemetery, of Salisbury,


incorporated under chapter one hundred and
eighty-seven, of the acts of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, passed at the December
session of eighteen hundred and thirty- nine,
are hereby authorized and empowered to con-
vey by deed to the Commissioners of Salis-
bury town, in Wicomico county, all their in-
terest, rights and franchise in the same, and
that the Commissioners of Salisbury town
shall hold and use said cemetery for the pur-
pose of a public cemetery.
