and the fifteenth day of June; plover or sand-
pipers, partridges and quail between the first
day of January and the first day of November;
wood or summer ducks between the first day
of January and the tenth day of September;
squirrels between the fifteenth day of Feb-
ruary and the first day of September; rabbits
between the fifteenth day of February and
the first day of November; minks, otters and
musk-rats between the fifteenth day of March
and the fifteenth day of December; and
each and every person violating the pro-
visions of this section shall be fined ten dol-
lars for each and every woodcock, plover or

rabbit, mink, otter or musk-rat so killed, taken,
trapped, shot or destroyed within said speci-
fied time, and possession of any of the within-
named birds or game, dead or alive, within any
