CHAPTER 182.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact section two of
chapter three hundred and eighty-four of
the acts passed at the January session, eigh-
teen hundred and seventy-six, entitled an
act to repeal and re-enact chapter two hun-
dred and seventy-nine of the acts passed Jan-
uary session, eighteen hundred and seventy,
entitled an act to amend the act of Assembly
of eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, chapter
two hundred and ninety two, adding an ad-
ditional section to article fifty-one of the
Code of Public General Laws, under the title
of "Landlord and Tenants," by repealing
and re-enacting the same as follows :

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That section two of the
act of Assembly of eighteen hundred and
seventy-six, chapter three hundred and eighty-
four, entitled an act to repeal and re-enact
chapter two hundred and seventy-nine of the
acts passed at January session eighteen hun-
dred and seventy, entitled an act to amend the

act of Assembly of eighteen hundred and
sixty-eight, chapter two hundred and ninety-
two, adding an additional section to article
fifty-one of the Code of Public General Laws,
under the title of " Landlord and Tenant," be
and the same is hereby repealed and re-en-
acted as follows :

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the provisions
of this act shall only apply to the counties of
St. Mary's, Prince George's, Charles, Calvert
and Worcester.
