CHAPTER 181.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact section three
of chapter four hundred and severity-two of
the acts of eighteen hundred and eighty,
entitled an act for the better protection of
birds and game in Wicomico county, as re-
pealed and re-enacted by chapter ninety-nine
of the acts of eighteen hundred and eighty-
two, entitled an act to repeal, amend and re-
enact section three of chapter four hundred
and seventy-two, passed at the January ses-
sion, in the year eighteen hundred and
eighty, for the better protection of birds and
game in Wicomico county, with amend-
ments.

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That section three of
chapter four hundred and seventy-two of the
acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at the January session of eighteen hun-
dred and eighty, entitled an act for the better

by chapter ninety-nine of the acts of eighteen
hundred and eighty-two, entitled an act to re-
peal, amend and re-enact section three of chap-
ter four hundred and seventy-two, passed at
the January session, in the year eighteen hun-
dred and eighty, entitled an act for the better
protection of birds and game in Wicomico
county, be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments so as to read as
follows :

kill, take, trap or in any manner destroy or
catch in said county any of the birds or game
within the different periods of time mentioned
and specified in this section — that is to say,
