each of the public libraries of the State; one

Trade Association; one copy to each regularly
organized Mercantile or Commercial Associa-
tion; one copy to each of the several Labor
Bureaus of the several States; and one copy
to each department of the National Govern-
ment; the residue of the copies printed to be
distributed according to the list of applications
on record in the office of said Bureau.
SEC. 5. Be it enacted, That for the purpose
of carrying into effect the provisions of this
act, the sum of two thousand dollars, or so

much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby
appropriated; the same to be paid by the
Treasurer of the State upon the warrant of the
Comptroller of the State, in such sums and at
such times as shall be directed by the Gover-
nor by his order in writing.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 157.
AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to
pay the claim of Pinkney A. Scaggs, late
Sheriff of Prince George's county, for fees
erroneously paid into the State Treasury.
